What industry do you provide services for?
The professional services industry, mostly business consultants, designers, and architects. We don't offer services for retail or e-tail. We especially love working with fellow woman-owned and co-owned firms, and anyone identifying with she/her/they. We also value male-led firms that demonstrate equality and diversity in their business.
Do I get an in-house CFO?
No, we are completely virtual, in the cloud! We’re proud to be a remote-first firm since 2013. Our staff and clients are in every time zone!
What apps do you use?
We only use cloud-based apps, and ideally integrate a handful together to provide a seamless workflow. Vist out apps page to learn more.
What kind of services do you offer?
Each service includes bookkeeping and one or more meetings each month. We also offer additional advisory services to make sure that you're using the best apps and have your company integrated from end to end. Let us know what you need. We additionally have tax prep and filing, project management system setup, and financial modeling services.
How do we have our meetings?
With Zoom - a very easy-to-use online conferencing app. Clients get a weekly reminder to book their meeting and use Calendly to find a time that that works for their busy schedule.

We specialize in the integration of specific apps for the industry we support. We have great relationships with the app companies as well as are certified in those apps and their integration with Xero. We've handpicked the best of breed apps to support your company fully.
How do you interact and work with your clients?
We set every client up on their own Basecamp account. It has tasks, messages, and even a chat capability. Once a client is on-boarded, all interaction is housed in their Basecamp account. That way nothing falls through the cracks and disapears in one’s inbox.
Does it matter where my company is located?
No, you and your team can be anywhere in the US or actively remote

Who pays for Xero?
Our firm pays for it on your behalf, but you always own your books. If needed, the subscription can easily be transferred back to you when off-boarded.
