It’s fair to say that nobody wants tax problems.

I provide solutions for tax compliance problems, including unfiled returns, unpaid assessments, liens and levies and penalty assessments.

I work with U.S. citizens living abroad to deal with the particular compliance issues they face with taxation and reporting in multiple jurisdictions.

I also work with small business people who need stress free guidance to keep their business compliant, and still minimize the annual tax bill.

The Internal Revenue Code and forty-one state income tax codes present opportunities for problems no matter where you reside. Every year I meet new clients who thought their preparer was correctly reporting their foreign or business income and financial affairs. At least they thought that until the letter from the IRS came.
